Great news: Amsterdam Music School and Amsterdam North Music School are organising a practice challenge for Music for Children!

This is particularly exciting because Monique Udo, our founder, was herself a teacher at Amsterdam Music School for many years. About 10 years ago, five of Monique’s Ugandan students came to the Netherlands for a musical exchange. Together with Monique’s Dutch students, they played concerts at the Music School on Nieuwe Kerkstraat. One of those students was Claire, who is now our teacher at Happy Music Children Initiative.

The practice challenge will take place between 27 October and 23 November, and we hope that lots of pupils will sign up for it! There is also a special campaign page with all the information about this campaign.
